REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY


payment options:

Metastar Media accepts online payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, Payment Wallets, and Internet Banking. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted.

shipment/delivery times:

Metastar Media orders are shipped within 5 working days for all orders categorised as “Standard Shipping." Post-shipping, the delivery will take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the pincode. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines or who require their orders sooner can always contact our helpline. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons or in exceptional conditions where our partners find it difficult or dangerous to complete the delivery (Example: Bad weather conditions, political unrest, etc).

returns policy:

Metastar Media goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Metastar Media accepts returns and will refund payment/initiate returns (depending on the user's preference) if and when customers are disappointed by Metastar Media merchandise for one of the following reasons:

  • (a) The merchandise itself is flawed; this includes:
    • Incorrect sizing
    • Damaged fabric
    • A product with any manufacturing defect; or
  • (b) The design of the final product is different from the design on the website.

As a rule, Metastar Media does not encourage returns/replacements for any reason apart from those stated above.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@metastarmedia.io with the reason for the return and a few clear images of the product.

Once the team has identified the issue, we will respond with the following steps.

order cancellation before shipment:
  • Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order is shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please login to app.metastarmedia.io > go to my orders > click on the order that you wish to cancel > hit the cancel order button
  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment Method.

cancellation after shipment (returns):

  • If the order has already been shipped, customers are requested to wait until the order is delivered.
  • Once the order is received, customers can initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

refunds:

  • Refunds for canceled orders (pre-shipment) will be processed promptly and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for returns (post-shipment) will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the return charges based on your location and number of products.
